Naim Özkazanç

Mr. Naim Özkazanç joined Özka in 2002. Currently, he is the vice president of the board and the main shareholder. He has also managed some of the largest construction projects in Turkey as a Board Member of Tekfen Construction Co. Some of his projects include:

• US $1.2 billion TAG Motorway construction
• US $350M TUPRAS Izmir Refinery Unit Facilities construction
• US $290M TUPRAS Izmit Refinery Unit Facilities construction
• US $168M Istanbul Metro Phase 1 Part 1 construction
• US $107M Sinanoba Satellite City construction

Mr. Özkazanç holds a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

Esat Özkazanç
Chairman of the Executive Board and Executive Director

Esat Özkazanç began his career as a senior auditor at the Arthur Andersen Audit Company and continued as Budget and Overseas Projects Coordinator at Tekfen Company.

He took his position as a co-founder in ÖZKA in the year of 2000 and currently, he is the chairman of the executive board and executive director.

Esat Özkazanç has received a diploma of MBA from University of Dallas and certificate of Investment Appraisal Management from Harvard University.

Rüştü Serhat Özkazanç
General Manager

Mr. Serhat Özkazanç joined ÖZKA in 2003 as the Finance and Administration Manager. He had gained extensive business consulting and audit experience in Arthur Anderson as a Supervisor.

Mr. Özkazanç holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University.
